Gulfstream G-V (c/n 647) N511QS operated by Netjets was recently removed from the FAA registery due to a ground accident at San Francisco International Airport (SFO/KSFO) in September of 2012.

At approximately 05:30am a cleaning truck drove into the wing of the aircraft resulting in the death of the driver and severe and unrepairable damage to the aircraft.

My most recent report (06/14/2013), the engines were removed last week and the aircraft will be taken to a hanger and all useable parts removed.
