Scoot unveils special independence livery

Scoot has unveiled a special livery to mark Singapore’s 50th year of independence.

The Singapore Airlines low-cost subsidiary had its newest Boeing 787-9 (37116/316) 9V-OJE, painted in a commemorative “Birthday Party-theme” livery with 20 red circles on each side to mimic bursts of confetti, says Scoot.

"Scoot is so very proud to call Singapore home. This young nation has achieved remarkable success in a short time through vision and hard work, and is a great inspiration to a young airline like Scoot," adds the carrier's chief executive Campbell Wilson.
